A Different Approach to Employee Wellness

Traditional workplace wellness often ends with a screening.  We think that should be the beginning of a useful conversation. The goal isn't simply to complete a screening. It's to make the screening useful.

Look beyond the numbers

Blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, weight, and other health measures matter—but they are only part of the picture.

Consider the Whole Person

Depending on the program, employee evaluations may look more broadly at factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress, energy, movement, metabolic health, symptoms, and lifestyle.

Create Practical Next Steps

Employees receive practical guidance and clear next steps, with follow-up through their own healthcare provider or Driftless Health when appropriate.

Built around Your Workforce

No single wellness program works for every employer.

Care When Employees Need More Than a Screening

Clinical appointments are separate from the employer-sponsored wellness interaction. Depending on the agreement, employees may receive preferred pricing for eligible Driftless Health services, including primary care, acute visits, telehealth, wellness care, and holistic or functional medicine services.

Select laboratory services may also be available at preferred pricing. Specialty testing, medications, supplements, imaging, and other third-party costs may be excluded.

Privacy Comes First

Individual health information remains private. Employer reports are limited to appropriate aggregate information such as participation, engagement, and broad wellness trends. Individual diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, screening values, appointment reasons, and treatment plans are not included.

Designed to Complement Existing Health Benefits

The program is not intended to replace comprehensive health insurance. It provides another pathway for prevention, wellness support, and access to Driftless Health while existing coverage continues to serve its role for hospital care, specialists, emergency services, and other covered healthcare.

Additional Employer Services

Additional services may be contracted separately, including DOT medical examinations, occupational or participation physicals, health fairs, vaccination services, additional screenings, health coaching, weight management, and customized education.
